Great view from the balcony to the Red Sea, breakfast and dinner was very rich, Fresh fruit in the room was added during the day. Spacious light-flooded rooms
Would prefer a shower instead of a bathtub.

Great breakfast. Nice staff. Wasn't in the middle of the always noisy hotel mile, but a bit off the beaten track. Great view over Eilat and Jordan from the room. Directly at the sea, although without beach, but with bathing jetty.
The rooms (carpeting) were only vacuumed upon extra request. Also the room cleaning was careless or not at all. Lying on the balcony not really usable.

Wonderful location and beautiful view. Excellent service, very professional and polite staff on all levels. Very clean beach. Room service is very good. Breakfast is delicious with various choice of meal. This has been my second stay in the hotel, would love to come back again. Special thanks to receptionist Tom for his kind and very professional assistance.
Some constant noise from general air-conditioner in the corridor.

Room was great, very spacious, clean bathrooms and a balcony with a magnificent view. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could possibly want and friendly helpful staff.
Did not like the fact there was not fridge in the room, only a vending machine. We have kids and being in a hot place like Eilat you need cold drinks and milk etc. The nightclub in the hotel was very loud till all hours of the night and did keep me awake, but my kids managed to sleep through it.

The rooms were fantastic. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the access to the sea and the pool area was lively with good music. Visiting Eilat Marina was a highlight for our family, especially with the kids enjoying the nearby activities.
My kids wished for better wifi. It was spotty at best.

The location, far from the turmoil of the beach walk
It is a hotel for families.I Have never seen a place with so many children runing around. My wife and I stayed one nite only upon our return from Petra Jordan. We thought after an exausting trip to spend a day at the beach relaxing, and this was a failed attempt as Eilat is an ugly place .There were no problems with the hotel other than we had different expectations.

Food is great. Nice private beache, I did not miss the sand. The swiming pool is quite good. The blond girl at the reception desk is great. She works really hard and try everything to make your stay enjoyable.
People at the restaruant are not that friendly and the plates/glasses/cups were not too clean.
